My foot is still not better. I made Dr. appointment. My diagnosis is achilles tendonitis or bursitis. We will see what the Dr. says.

So much stuff to organize for our yard sale next Saturday. It is overwhelming!

I did something to the back of my heel I guess weight lifting yesterday. I woke up and could hardly walk! It didn’t hurt when I went to bed!
