The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71.

Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their last respects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, and Captain Crunch. As you might imagine, the gravesite was piled high with flours. Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded. Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times, he still, as a crusty old man, was considered a roll model for millions.

Doughboy is survived by his wife, Play Dough, and two Children, John Dough and Jane Dough, plus they had one in the oven. His elderly father Pop Tart, also survives him. The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.

This is a video from when our friend Chuck came down to Walt Disney World with us. In all the times we have visited Animal Kingdom we had never been on Primeval Whirl. The ride really tossed us around. I thought I was gonna pee my pants!! Enjoy!

I am watching a great little show on VH1 this week called I Love Toys. They are counting down from 100 and naming all the best toys. So many great memories are coming back. I remember really loving my Slip and Slide and just hating the Rubik’s cube! I never figured it out…way too frustrating.

I just took a quiz to find out which Desperate Housewife I am. I figured I would probably be a Susan, and sure enough I am. If I were straight, the quiz says I should be married to Lynette… I can see that too, but if I were single I would want Carlos!! Carlos is hot!! I really enjoy this show. I loved Sex and the City and this has become my replacement since that ended.

Last night we visited Millis Wonderland with our friends Karen and Ron. Millis Wonderland is the brainchild of Kevin Meehan, a local Millis business owner who began putting up Christmas decorations 7 years ago to entertain his neighbors and children. If you live in the Massachusetts area I urge you to check out this award winning Christmas display. It is unbelievable!

I saw this on another site and just had to have one for my blog! George Bush has got to go down in history as the worst president we have ever had. I still can’t get over the fact that the man cannot, and will not, say NUCLEAR correctly. And he has command of the largest nuclear arsenal on the planet! Sheer stupidity and arrogance.
