I go to sleep at night and all I hear are vent alarms, cali light bells, O2 alarms, tube feeding beeps, and iv whistles!

Week two of orientation over! 4 more weeks and then I am on my own as an RN. So far so good!

End of first week as a registered nurse! So much to learn! I feel like I remember nothing from school! The hardest part is fear of unknown!

So, So happy! I found out today that all my orientation to the floor will be 3-11 and not 7-3! I can sleep in tomorrow!

Just got home and sat down and fell dead asleep for 20 minutes!

Information overload!

OMG I am not in bed yet and have to be up bright and early! I can’t wait till orientation is over!

I am up to begin my first day as a registered nurse! God help my patients though if I actually had to stay on the day shift!
